1. Service Area

Joy World of Rice currently delivers within Gurgaon (Gurugram), Haryana and selected nearby serviceable locations. The Company reserves the right to expand, restrict, or modify its delivery coverage areas at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to check delivery availability at checkout.

2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, public holidays, operational constraints, or other unforeseen circumstances including force majeure events.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, will depend on the delivery location, distance from the warehouse, order value, and any active promotional offers. All applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before the customer confirms checkout.

4. Free Delivery

The Company may offer free delivery on selected orders, products, locations, or during promotional campaigns. Such offers are subject to modification or withdrawal at any time at the Company's discretion.

5. Delivery Verification

For security and accuracy, customers may be required to provide OTP verification, a signature, or verbal confirmation before the order is handed over by the delivery personnel.

6. Failed or Unsuccessful Deliveries

A delivery attempt may be unsuccessful due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer being unreachable or unavailable, refusal to accept the order, or the customer's non-availability at the delivery location. Additional delivery charges may apply for rescheduled or re-attempted deliveries.

7. Bulk & B2B Deliveries

Bulk and B2B orders may require advance payment, customised delivery scheduling, and separate logistics arrangements. Terms will be communicated to the customer at the time of order confirmation.

8. Ownership & Risk Transfer

Ownership of, and risk in, the products shall pass to the customer upon successful delivery and handover. Customers are strongly advised to inspect products at the time of delivery and raise any concerns immediately with the delivery personnel.

9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for delays in delivery caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders or restrictions, strikes, transport disruptions, pandemic-related measures, or other events of force majeure.
