REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Applies To B2C and B2B orders placed via worldofrice.in and the mobile application

1. Introduction

Joy World of Rice Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "our") strives to ensure that every customer receives quality products and a seamless experience. This policy explains the terms governing cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds for all purchases made through www.worldofrice.in and our mobile application.

2. Order Cancellation

2.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched for delivery. Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to the delivery team, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2.2 Company-Initiated Cancellation

The Company reserves the right to cancel any order in the following circumstances:

Any prepaid amount received against a Company-cancelled order shall be fully refunded through the original payment method.

Due to the perishable nature of food products, rice, grains, grocery items, and edible goods, returns are accepted only under the circumstances listed below.

6. Refund Process

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For orders paid by Cash on Delivery, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI transfer after verification of the customer's account details. Customers may also opt to receive refunds as store credit.

8. B2B and Bulk Orders

Bulk orders placed by restaurants, hotels, caterers, retailers, and wholesalers may be governed by separate commercial agreements entered into at the time of order. Returns and refunds for bulk orders shall be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the applicable agreement.
